To Shop Online. First take a tour of the site to see what’s on offer, different colours, accessories etc.
Once you have decided what you would like to buy, follow the steps below.

Add the item chosen you your shopping cart. Check to see if you have chosen the right colour etc.

If it is only one item you have chosen you can go straight to checkout. If you would like to add more to the cart press the continue shopping button.

The checkout is via RomanCart shopping cart, payment is taken through our secure checkout using Pay Pal (PS you don’t have to be a Pay Pal account holder) You can also pay by credit or debit card.

Invoice information: Fill in the billing information for your credit card. Note: We will need the address where your debit or credit card is normally billed.

Shipping information: If you would like the item shipped to an address other than the billing address please fill in the appropriate section under ‘Billing address”

Payment method: Choose how you would like to pay and fill in the information required.

Submit your order: Before submitting your order make sure all the details are correct, colour, quantity etc., to ensure your order is despatched promptly.

Order confirmed: You will be sent an email detailing the order you have made. If you notice any errors please let us know either by phone or email before the item is despatched.

Order despatched: Once your order has been prepared, we will email you to confirm despatch.

Returns & Exchanges policy

We endeavour to take every care to ensure you are satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you can return it within 14 days of receipt in it’s original packaging, to be eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Be sure to include your contact details, address etc with the returned item. The cost of the returning the package will be the responsibility of the sender. We advise you to return the item Royal Mail (or appropriate) Recorded Delivery 1st or 2nd class mail, this will enable you to track the item.

If the item is faulty or not as ordered please return via 2nd class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. You will receive a refund (or replacement) together with the cost of your postage to us using Royal Mail 2nd class Recorded Delivery (or equivalent) only.
